About Me

Welcome to Buttercross Dog Grooming

At Buttercross Dog Grooming, the focus is simple keeping dogs comfortable, clean, and easy for owners to manage day-to-day.

I started Buttercross to offer a reliable local grooming service for owners who want regular coat care without the stress or long waits often found in busy salons. Every appointment is handled patiently and at your dog’s pace, so they feel settled and safe from the moment they arrive.

Routine Grooming That Makes a Difference

Grooming isn’t just about appearance. A well-maintained coat helps prevent matting, reduces shedding around the home, and keeps skin healthy. Regular nail trimming and hygiene care also improve how dogs walk, rest, and behave at home. The aim is always practical: a dog that feels better and an owner that finds daily life easier.

I work with all breeds, sizes, and coat types, whether your dog needs routine maintenance, help managing heavy shedding, or simply a proper clean after muddy walks. Time is taken to understand each dog’s temperament, and appointments are kept calm and consistent so they know what to expect each visit.

I am also qualified in canine oral care and provide regular teeth hygiene services. Dental maintenance plays a vital role in a dog’s overall health, helping to reduce plaque build-up, support gum health, and maintain fresher breath. Routine teeth cleaning can also help prevent discomfort and more serious dental issues developing over time. As with all services, sessions are carried out patiently and at your dog’s pace to ensure the experience remains calm and positive

Where I Cover

Being a local Witney service also means flexibility and familiarity. Many dogs come back regularly, and over time grooming becomes part of their routine rather than something stressful or unfamiliar.
